The Dow Jones Index Closes 1.02% Higher

The Dow Jones Index rose 531 points or 1.02 percent on Tuesday to close at 52497 points. Leading the gains are 3M (5.76%), Amgen (3.26%) and Merck (3.18%).

The Dow Jones Index is gaining 225 points or 0.43 percent on Tuesday. Leading the gains are Merck (3.22%), 3M (2.79%) and J&J (2.21%). Top losers are Alphabet (-1.64%), Caterpillar (-1.47%) and Nvidia (-1.19%).

The Dow Jones Index dropped 36 points or 0.07 percent on Monday to close at 51966 points. Losses were led by JPMorgan (-1.81%), Amgen (-1.75%) and Merck (-1.64%). Offsetting the fall, top gainers were Amazon (5.00%), IBM (1.84%) and UnitedHealth (1.40%).
