In the US, three-year inflation expectations represent the median expected inflation rate over the next three years, as reported by the Survey of Consumer Expectations (SCE) conducted by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. The data are derived from a nationally representative, internet-based survey of approximately 1,300 rotating household heads.
