The Dow Jones Index Opens 0.26% Higher

The Dow Jones Index is gaining 129 points or 0.26 percent on Wednesday. Leading the gains are Caterpillar (4.09%), Verizon (1.92%) and Chevron (1.64%). Top losers are Salesforce (-3.81%), IBM (-1.95%) and Microsoft (-1.74%).

The Dow Jones Index went up by 57 points or 0.11 percent on Tuesday to close at 50193 points. The rise was led by Walt Disney (2.72%), Home Depot (2.08%) and Travelers Companies (1.98%). On the downside, the weakerst performers were Amgen (-3.00%), Walmart (-1.78%) and IBM (-1.54%).

The Dow Jones Index is up by 396 points or 0.79 percent on Tuesday. Top gainers are Walt Disney (2.56%), American Express (2.24%) and Salesforce (2.09%). Biggest losses came from Amgen (-1.31%), Coca-Cola (-0.86%) and Merck (-0.73%).
