The Dow Jones Index Opens 0.79% Higher

The Dow Jones Index went up by 57 points or 0.11 percent on Tuesday to close at 50193 points. The rise was led by Walt Disney (2.72%), Home Depot (2.08%) and Travelers Companies (1.98%). On the downside, the weakerst performers were Amgen (-3.00%), Walmart (-1.78%) and IBM (-1.54%).

The Dow Jones Index is up by 396 points or 0.79 percent on Tuesday. Top gainers are Walt Disney (2.56%), American Express (2.24%) and Salesforce (2.09%). Biggest losses came from Amgen (-1.31%), Coca-Cola (-0.86%) and Merck (-0.73%).

The Dow Jones Index rose 20 points or 0.04 percent on Monday to close at 50136 points. Leading the gains are Microsoft (3.23%), Nvidia (2.58%) and Cisco Systems (2.38%). Top losers were Merck (-3.55%), Travelers Companies (-2.88%) and Nike (-2.27%).
