The Dow Jones Index Closes 0.50% Higher

The Dow Jones Index went up by 234 points or 0.50 percent on Wednesday to close at 46575 points.

The rise was led by Boeing (4.25%), Caterpillar (3.11%) and Goldman Sachs (1.79%).

On the downside, the weakerst performers were Nike (-15.32%), Chevron (-4.50%) and Verizon (-1.57%).
