The Dow Jones Index went up by 335 points or 0.65 percent on Thursday to close at 51797 points.

The rise was led by Nvidia (2.55%), Cisco Systems (2.30%) and Amazon (2.17%).

On the downside, the weakerst performers were Salesforce (-3.07%), Boeing (-2.41%) and Walt Disney (-1.43%).
