The Dow Jones Index Closes 1.26% Lower

The Dow Jones Index decreased 673 points or 1.26 percent on Thursday to close at 52790 points. The decline was led by Walmart (-9.03%), Boeing (-3.09%) and Home Depot (-2.86%).

The Dow Jones Index is falling 353 points. Losses were driven by Walmart (-8.01%), Sherwin-Williams (-2.99%) and Home Depot (-2.85%). Biggest rises came from Nvidia (0.95%), McDonalds (0.86%) and Walt Disney (0.82%).

The Dow Jones Index rose 89 points or 0.17 percent on Wednesday to close at 53433 points. Leading the gains are Merck (12.68%), Salesforce (4.80%) and Amgen (3.08%). Top losers were Caterpillar (-3.09%), Goldman Sachs (-1.78%) and Honeywell International (-1.66%).
