The Dow Jones Index Closes 0.55% Higher

The Dow Jones Index went up by 275 points or 0.55 percent on Thursday to close at 50284 points.

The rise was led by IBM (12.55%), Cisco Systems (3.44%) and Honeywell International (2.96%).

On the downside, the weakerst performers were Walmart (-7.21%), Salesforce (-2.10%) and Nvidia (-1.78%).

The Dow Jones Index is falling 252 points. Losses were driven by Walmart (-6.43%), Salesforce (-4.27%) and Sherwin-Williams (-2.20%). Biggest rises came from IBM (3.69%), Honeywell International (0.99%) and Chevron (0.97%).

The Dow Jones Index rose 621 points or 1.26 percent on Wednesday to close at 49985 points. Leading the gains are Goldman Sachs (5.74%), Nike (4.17%) and Boeing (3.34%).
