The Dow Jones Index Closes 1.65% Lower

The Dow Jones Index decreased -775 points or 1.65 percent on Wednesday to close at 46218 points. The decline was led by McDonalds (-3.24%), P&G (-3.16%) and Home Depot (-3.13%).

The Dow Jones Index is falling -95 points. Losses were driven by Amgen (-2.07%), Sherwin-Williams (-2.07%) and P&G (-2.01%). Biggest rises came from Caterpillar (1.10%), Goldman Sachs (1.01%) and Cisco Systems (0.68%).

The Dow Jones Index rose 47 points or 0.10 percent on Tuesday to close at 46994 points. Leading the gains are IBM (2.76%), Walt Disney (1.68%) and Amazon (1.63%). Top losers were J&J (-2.09%), Salesforce (-1.53%) and Amgen (-1.44%).
