The Dow Jones Index Closes 0.55% Higher

The Dow Jones Index went up by 270 points or 0.55 percent on Thursday to close at 49266 points.

The rise was led by Nike (3.10%), Home Depot (3.03%) and Honeywell International (2.90%).

On the downside, the weakerst performers were Amgen (-3.37%), Salesforce (-2.10%) and Nvidia (-2.10%).

The Dow Jones Index dropped -61 points or 0.13 percent on Thursday to close at 46505 points. Losses were led by Sherwin-Williams (-2.47%), Home Depot (-2.36%) and Caterpillar (-1.80%). Offsetting the fall, top gainers were IBM (2.02%), Cisco Systems (1.40%) and UnitedHealth (1.21%).

The Dow Jones Index went up by 234 points or 0.50 percent on Wednesday to close at 46575 points. The rise was led by Boeing (4.25%), Caterpillar (3.11%) and Goldman Sachs (1.79%). On the downside, the weakerst performers were Nike (-15.32%), Chevron (-4.50%) and Verizon (-1.57%).
