The Dow Jones Index Closes 0.93% Higher

The Dow Jones Index gained 479 points or 0.93 percent on Friday to close at 51829 points. Gains were led by Microsoft (3.71%), Sherwin-Williams (2.72%) and Amgen (2.15%). Biggest losers were Salesforce (-1.76%), IBM (-0.71%) and Nike (-0.61%).

The Dow Jones Index is picking up 163 points or 0.32 percent on Friday. Gains are led by Microsoft (2.53%), Caterpillar (1.63%) and 3M (0.79%). Biggest losers are Nike (-1.31%), Visa (-0.58%) and Chevron (-0.52%).

The Dow Jones Index decreased 162 points or 0.31 percent on Thursday to close at 51350 points. The decline was led by Walmart (-2.67%), IBM (-2.44%) and Sherwin-Williams (-1.90%). On the upside, the strongest performers were Walt Disney (2.03%), Visa (1.79%) and American Express (1.11%).
