The Dow Jones Index Closes 1.61% Lower

The Dow Jones Index fell -785 points or 1.61 percent on Thursday to close at 47955 points. Leading the losses are Goldman Sachs (-3.68%), Merck (-3.58%) and Sherwin-Williams (-3.52%).

The Dow Jones Index is dropping -266 points. Leading the losses are Merck (-2.69%), J&J (-2.60%) and Walmart (-2.49%). Top gainers were Salesforce (4.68%), IBM (1.53%) and Microsoft (1.43%).

The Dow Jones Index gained 322 points or 0.66 percent on Wednesday to close at 48823 points. Gains were led by Amazon (3.84%), Cisco Systems (2.39%) and IBM (1.74%). Biggest losers were Coca-Cola (-1.59%), Salesforce (-1.56%) and Chevron (-1.42%).
