The Dow Jones Index Closes 1.15% Lower

The Dow Jones Index dropped -570 points or 1.15 percent on Friday to close at 48930 points. Losses were led by American Express (-8.16%), Goldman Sachs (-7.64%) and Nvidia (-4.44%).

The Dow Jones Index is dropping -805 points. Leading the losses are American Express (-6.41%), Goldman Sachs (-4.93%) and Salesforce (-3.93%).

The Dow Jones Index went up by 17 points or 0.03 percent on Thursday to close at 49499 points. The rise was led by Salesforce (3.05%), American Express (2.52%) and IBM (1.83%). On the downside, the weakerst performers were Nvidia (-5.55%), Merck (-2.63%) and Caterpillar (-1.84%).
