The Dow Jones Index Closes 0.54% Lower

The Dow Jones Index dropped -268 points or 0.54 percent on Thursday to close at 49395 points. Losses were led by Sherwin-Williams (-2.23%), Boeing (-2.19%) and IBM (-1.98%). Offsetting the fall, top gainers were Verizon (1.19%), Caterpillar (1.08%) and P&G (0.97%).

The Dow Jones Index is dropping -189 points. Leading the losses are Nike (-1.46%), Goldman Sachs (-1.38%) and IBM (-1.35%). Top gainers were Walmart (2.24%), Verizon (1.89%) and P&G (1.71%).

The Dow Jones Index went up by 155 points or 0.31 percent on Wednesday to close at 49688 points. The rise was led by Goldman Sachs (1.95%), Cisco Systems (1.85%) and Amazon (1.81%). On the downside, the weakerst performers were 3M (-2.05%), Boeing (-2.00%) and Verizon (-1.88%).
