Corn stocks on March 1st, 2021 totaled 7.701 billion bushels, down 3 percent year-on-year and compared with market expectations of 7.767 billion, the US Department of Agriculture's Grain Stocks report showed. Of the total stocks, 4.04 billion bushels were stored on farms, down 9 percent from a year earlier. Off-farm stocks, at 3.66 billion bushels, are up 5 percent from a year ago.
