Tyler Technologies, Inc. is a provider of integrated information management solutions and services for the public sector, with a focus on local governments. The Company operates through three segments: Enterprise Software (ES), Appraisal and Tax (A&T) and NIC, Inc. (NIC). The ES segment provides public sector entities with software systems and services to meet their information technology and automation needs for back-office functions such as financial management and education, courts and justice, public safety, data and insights and platform technologies. The A&T segment provides systems and software that automate the appraisal and assessment of real and personal property, land and vital records management as well as property appraisal outsourcing services for local governments and taxing authorities. The NIC segment provides digital services such as applying for unemployment insurance, submitting business filings, renewing licenses, accessing information and making secure payments.
