Liquidity Services, Inc. operates a network of e-commerce marketplaces that enable buyers and sellers to transact in an automated environment. The Company's services include program management, valuation, asset management, reconciliation, refurbishment and recycling, fulfillment, marketing and sales, warehousing and transportation, buyer support, compliance and risk mitigation, as well as self-directed service tools for its sellers. The Company’s operating segments include GovDeals, Capital Assets Group (CAG), Retail Supply Chain Group (RSCG) and Machinio. The GovDeals provides self-directed service solutions in which sellers list their own assets, and it consists of marketplaces. The RSCG segment consists of marketplaces that enable corporations to sell surplus and salvage consumer goods and retail capital assets. The CAG segment provides service solutions to sellers and it consists of marketplaces that enable commercial businesses to sell surplus and idle assets.
