US Equity Futures Rebound

US equity futures rose on Friday as the surge in Treasury yields paused, offering some respite from the tight financial conditions facing the corporate sector.
Contracts for the S&P 500, Dow, and Nasdaq 100 rose around 0.5%.
Oil and fuel prices pulled back during the session following news that the US and Iran moved closer to an agreement that would lift naval blockades on tankers in the Persian Gulf and ease economic measures against Tehran.
Accordingly, benchmark borrowing costs halted their surge after peaking at multi-decade highs yesterday.
AI stocks advanced, especially across hardware, with Marvell, AMD, SanDisk, and Applied Materials adding more than 2% premarket.
Meanwhile, GE Vernova jumped 2% on its exposure to data center development.
Lastly, Meta was set to close the week up nearly 17% as it followed up on its Muse AI agents with a series of hardware releases, ranging from wearable agent controllers to new VR headsets and smart glasses.
