US Stocks Hold at Record Highs

US stocks rose to new records on Wednesday amid an improving macroeconomic backdrop and strong earnings reports.
The S&P 500 was flat to hold the week's gains and the Dow added 400 points, both at record highs.
Treasury yields were down on the week as US officials signaled attempts to dialogue with Iran that restores trade through from the Middle East, limiting energy inflation.
Credit sensitive sectors, including banks and AI hyperscalers, were broadly higher.
Arista Networks soared 7% after posting a better revenue thane expected.
Also, Eli Lilly jumped 9% to lead the Dow after beating revenue consensus and raising its guidance for this year.
Meanwhile, the Nasdaq inched down.
SpaceX slumped 13%, erasing its surge from the last session as the forecast of surging AI spending offset its revenue beat.
A large portion of its IPO shares are soon to be released by primary buyers.
Also, AMD sank 5% despite doubling datacenter revenues.
