US Stocks Extend Rebound

US stocks gained further ground on Tuesday with support from the tech sector ahead of key earnings results.
The S&P 500 and the Dow rose around 0.8%, gaining ground after multiple muted sessions, while the Nasdaq 100 advanced 1.5%.
Micron and Sandisk surged over 12% each, while Applied Materials and Marvell gained over 8%.
Chip manufacturers extended their rebound from last week's rout after strong export data from Taiwan and South Korea maintained the momentum for semiconductor producers.
