US stock futures were little changed on Thursday after the major averages advanced in the prior session, as technology shares rebounded and investors looked past hawkish signals from the Federal Reserve.
In regular trading on Wednesday, the Dow and the S&P 500 rose 0.26% and 0.56%, respectively, marking a third consecutive day of gains for both benchmarks, while the tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite climbed 0.78%.
Nvidia added 1.6% after Meta said it would deploy millions of Nvidia chips in a new data center.
Micron (5.3%) and Amazon (1.8%) also outperformed.
Energy and financial stocks ranked among the leading sector gainers.
Investors are now focused on Walmart’s earnings for fresh signals on consumer spending and the broader economy.
Meanwhile, rate traders continued to price in multiple cuts by the Fed this year, even as minutes from the central bank’s latest meeting showed many FOMC members warning that disinflation could prove slow and uneven.
