Titan International, Inc. is a global manufacturer of off-highway wheels, tires, assemblies and undercarriage products. As a manufacturer in the off-highway industry, it produces a range of products to meet the specifications of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). It manufactures and sells certain tires under the Goodyear Farm Tire and Titan Tire brands and has complete research and development test facilities to validate wheel and rim designs. It operates through three segments: Agricultural, Earthmoving/Construction and Consumer. Agricultural segment rims, wheels, tires, and undercarriage systems and components are manufactured for use on various agricultural equipment, including tractors, combines, skidders, plows, planters, and irrigation equipment, and are sold directly to OEMs and to the aftermarket through independent distributors, equipment dealers, and Titan’s distribution centers.
