S&P and Nasdaq Futures Signal Further Gains

US stock futures were mostly higher on Wednesday, with S&P 500 futures up 0.4% and Nasdaq 100 futures gaining 0.9%, while Dow Jones futures hovered around the flatline, following a mixed session the day before that saw the S&P 500 close at record highs.
Investors are bracing for the Federal Reserve’s monetary policy decision later in the day, while assessing a fresh round of corporate earnings and awaiting major technology releases after the closing bell.
Texas Instruments surged more than 8% in premarket trading after issuing upbeat forecasts, while AT&T rose 3.5% on an earnings and revenue beat.
By contrast, Danaher slipped 1.4% as its results failed to impress.
Microsoft (+0.2%), Meta (-0.2%), Tesla (+0.3%) and IBM (+0.2%) are all set to report after the close, alongside Visa, whose shares traded near the flatline.
