New Gold Inc. is a Canada-based intermediate mining company that owns assets in Canada and Mexico. The Company’s projects and assets include Rainy River Mine, New Afton Mine, Blackwater Mine and Cerro San Pedro. The Rainy River Mine is a gold-silver mine located approximately 65 kilometers northwest of Fort Frances, Ontario, in the southern half of Richardson Township. The New Afton is a gold-copper mine in West of Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada, approximately 10 kilometers west of Kamloops, approximately 350 kilometers northeast of Vancouver. The Company holds an 8% gold stream on the Artemis Gold Blackwater project, located in British Columbia, Canada. The Cerro San Pedro Mine approximately 20 kilometers northwest of San Luis Potosi, Cerro San Pedro, Mexico.
