B2Gold Corp. is a Canada-based gold producing company. The Company has operating gold mines in Mali, Namibia and the Philippines, and exploration and development projects in countries, including Colombia, Mali, Burkina Faso, Finland and Uzbekistan. The Company's producing mine projects include Fekola mine, Masbate mine and Otjikoto mine. The Fekola Gold Project is located in southwest Mali, on the border between Mali and Senegal, approximately 500 kilometers (km) due west of the capital city, Bamako. The Masbate Gold Project (MGP) is located on Masbate Island in the Philippines. The Masbate Mine is located approximately 360 km southeast of Manila. The Otjikoto Gold Project is located in the north-central part of Namibia, approximately 300 km north of Windhoek, the capital of Namibia. Its development projects include Gramalote Project and Kiaka Project.
