Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc is a Nigeria-based financial holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries are involved in the provision of banking, payments, asset management, and pension management. The Company’s segments include the Payment Gateway segment, which is engaged in payments processed via virtual accounts, USSD, card, and bank transfer channels for merchants classified as tech startups, large corporates, small and medium enterprises, and micro merchants. The Switching Vertical segment is engaged in payments processed through the Company''s payment switch, i.e., account-to-account bank transfers and card transactions. The Company’s subsidiaries include GTBank Nigeria Limited, Habari Pay, GT Fund Managers, and GT Pension Fund Administrator.
