Titan Machinery Inc. owns and operates a network of full service agricultural and construction equipment stores in the United States and Europe. The Company is a retail dealer of case international harvester (IH) agriculture equipment, case construction equipment in North America, and new holland agriculture and new holland construction equipment in the United States. It operates its business through three reportable segments: Agriculture, Construction and International, within which the Company engaged in four principal business activities, including new and used equipment sales, parts sales, equipment repair and maintenance services, and equipment rental and other activities. The Company sells new agricultural and construction equipment manufactured under the case and new holland (CNH) Industrial family of brands, as well as equipment from a variety of other manufacturers. It provides repair and maintenance services, including warranty repairs, for its customers' equipment.
