African Rainbow Minerals Limited is a South Africa-based mining and minerals company with operations in South Africa and Malaysia. The Company’s segments include ARM Platinum, ARM Ferrous, ARM Coal, and ARM Corporate. The ARM Platinum comprises three operating mines: Modikwa, Two Rivers, and Nkomati. The ARM Ferrous segment includes the Iron Ore Division and Manganese Division. The Iron Ore Division is made up of the Beeshoek and Khumani mines, both located in the Northern Cape.
