Solaria Energia y Medio Ambiente SA (Solaria) is a Spain-based company engaged, together with its subsidiaries, in the renewable energy sector. The Company’s activities comprise the designing and installation of solar, thermal, photovoltaic and wind energy plants. The Company’s business is structured in three areas: Photovoltaic and Thermal Panels division, which is engaged in the development, production and sale of the solar panels. Turnkey Projects division includes the processing of licenses and permits, planning and design of photovoltaic systems, supervision and coordination of the construction of facilities, drafting and technical management of projects, as well as the set-up and maintenance of the installations.
