Eidesvik Offshore ASA is a Norway-based company with operations within the maritime sector. It owns and operates a world-wide fleet of purpose-built vessels, providing services to the offshore supply, subsea, offshore wind, and seismic markets. The Company’s operations are divided into three segments: the Supply segment, that provides cargo supply and transportation of pipes between onshore bases and offshore oilfields; the Subsea/Wind segment, that operates a fleet of subsea construction vessels, with full capabilities for Remotely Operated Underwater Vehicle (ROV) operations, construction and module handling, inspections, and maintenance and repair of subsea installations; and the Seismic segment, that operates several vessels which are specially equipped for seismic surveys, focusing on Ocean Bottom Node (OBN) seismic operations. Furthermore, the Company has several subsidiaries, including Eidesvik Shipping International AS, Eidesvik Shipping Mexico and Norsk Rederihelsetjeneste AS.
