Cost of clothing slowed sharply in February to 0.22 percent yoy, after a 6.55 percent rise in January and food prices eased on the year to 15.76 percent from 18.63 percent in January.
Cost of recreation and culture (13.18 percent yoy), restaurants and hotels (7.05 percent) and transport (6.08 percent) also decelerated in February.
On a monthly basis, prices increased 1 percent, down from 1.4 percent a month earlier.
Core CPI increased to a monthly 1.02 percent February compared to 1.11 percent in January. The annual rate decreased to 9.70 percent in February from 11.7 percent in January, due to favorable base effect from last year.
