The EU-harmonised CPI in Germany declined 0.1% month-on-month in May 2026, the first fall in four months, following a 0.5% gain in April, in line with preliminary estimates. Harmonised Inflation Rate MoM in Germany averaged 0.16 percent from 1995 until 2026, reaching an all time high of 2.50 percent in March of 2022 and a record low of -1.30 percent in January of 2015. source: Federal Statistical Office
