Consumer prices in the city of São Paulo in Brazil increased 0.21% month-over-month in January 2026, lower than 0.32% in the previous month.
Prices rose the most for education (5.12%), clothing (1.28%), transportation (0.46%), health (0.20%), and food (0.11%), In contrast, price declined for personal expenses (-0.36%), and housing (-0.14%).
