Gains are led by Mercedes-Benz AG (4.84%), Porsche Automobil (3.03%) and BMW (2.92%).

Biggest losers are Infineon (-1.33%), Fresenius Medical Care (-1.28%) and Qiagen NV (-0.89%).

DAX Hits Three-Week High as Mercedes Rallies, Oil Prices Ease
Frankfurt's DAX 40 gained 0.6% to 25,520 on Tuesday, its highest level since July 6, as investors welcomed corporate earnings updates and lower oil prices amid hopes the US and Iran could resume negotiations to ease tensions in the Middle East. Mercedes-Benz surged more than 5% to lead the index after reaffirming its passenger car margin target despite cutting its revenue forecast following a weak quarter. Meanwhile, TeamViewer fell over 2% after reporting another decline in revenue while maintaining its full-year guidance. AI-related stocks remained under pressure as concerns grew that the sector's rally has become overstretched, alongside rising competition from China and increasing funding requirements. Infineon and Siemens Energy both slipped around 1%, while Hochtief dropped 3%, with the construction firm exposed through its US subsidiary Turner to slowing enthusiasm around large data center projects.

The DAX Index Closes 1.04% Higher
The DAX Index rose 262 points or 1.04 percent on Monday to close at 25361 points. Leading the gains are SAP (7.90%), Zalando (4.12%) and Adidas (3.48%).
