Frankfurt's DAX 40 rose 0.3% to cross 25,300 on Tuesday, marking the third session of advances, led by retailers and pharmaceutical shares, while falling oil prices and bond yields offered further support.
Meanwhile, investors monitored economic data and fresh corporate earnings across Europe.
Germany’s annual inflation rate was confirmed at 3.3% in September, the highest level since December 2023, up from 2.9% in August.
Zalando was the top performer, climbing more than 7%, followed by Fresenius SE & Co, Siemens Healthineers, Fresenius Medical Care and Bayer, each rising over 4%.
On the downside, technology stocks came under pressure, particularly chipmakers such as Infineon Technologies, which fell 7.2% amid renewed doubts over AI investment returns and growing competition from China's CXMT.
