The IRPV is a set of indexes that measure prices for new homes in Greater Santiago, computed using sales prices in Unidades de Fomento (UF). It includes separate indices for houses and apartments, as well as for four geographical zones within Greater Santiago: Downtown Santiago, Northeastern zone, Northwestern zone, and Southern zone.
