Hong Kong Minimum Hourly Wages
In Hong Kong, minimum wage refers to the lowest hourly gross wage and do not include meal breaks or rest days. It was proposed in 2010, approved in 2011 and came into effect in May 2011. Prior to this, there was a fixed minimum monthly wage for foreign domestic workers (HKD 3740).
