Hong Kong Private Residential Price Index MoM
Hong Kong Private Residential Price Index is based on an analysis of prices paid for units in selected developments as recorded in sale and purchase agreements. The component index for each property group in the sample developments is calculated by reference to the factor of price divided by rateable value of the subject properties. The composite index for a property group is compiled by calculating a weighted average of the component indices.
