Taiwan is ranked 15 among 190 economies in the ease of doing business, according to the latest World Bank annual ratings. The rank of Taiwan deteriorated to 15 in 2019 from 13 in 2018. Ease of Doing Business in Taiwan averaged 12.50 from 2014 until 2019, reaching an all time high of 15.00 in 2017 and a record low of 10.00 in 2015. source: World Bank
