Spain is ranked 30 among 190 economies in the ease of doing business, according to the latest World Bank annual ratings. The rank of Spain remained unchanged at 30 in 2019 from 30 in 2018. Ease of Doing Business in Spain averaged 40.58 from 2008 until 2019, reaching an all time high of 62.00 in 2009 and a record low of 28.00 in 2017. source: World Bank
