Imports to Denmark decreased by 0.3 percent year-on-year to DKK 49.1 billion in December 2017, as purchases fell the most for machinery (-2.1 percent), miscellaneous manufactured articles (-2.8 percent), transport equipment (-9.4 percent) and vessels, aircraft (-13.7 percent). By contrast, imports rose for mineral fuels, lubricants and related materials (18.5 percent), crude materials, inedible, except fuels (4.9 percent), chemicals and related products (2.4 percent), and manufactured goods (2.1 percent). Imports in Denmark averaged 19550.90 DKK Million from 1960 until 2017, reaching an all time high of 55021.80 DKK Million in March of 2017 and a record low of 915 DKK Million in September of 1960.
