Business Confidence in Ukraine decreased to 102.10 points in the fourth quarter of 2025 from 102.50 points in the third quarter of 2025. Business Confidence in Ukraine measures presidents/managers assessments of the current and future business activity, inflation and exchange rate expectations, and changes of the business environment in the country. The Business Confidence Index is based on a sample size of around 1236 enterprises covering all industry sectors, including small, medium and large enterprises from different regions.
