Business Confidence in Ukraine increased to 105.80 points in the first quarter of 2026 from 102.10 points in the fourth quarter of 2025. Business Confidence in Ukraine averaged 110.33 points from 2006 until 2026, reaching an all time high of 140.20 points in the fourth quarter of 2007 and a record low of 72.00 points in the first quarter of 2009. source: National Bank of Ukraine

Business Confidence in Ukraine measures presidents/managers assessments of the current and future business activity, inflation and exchange rate expectations, and changes of the business environment in the country. The Business Confidence Index is based on a sample size of around 1236 enterprises covering all industry sectors, including small, medium and large enterprises from different regions.
