Taiwan’s consumer confidence index rose to 64.65 in November 2025 from 63.96 in October 2025, supported by improved optimism across most categories.
Households were more upbeat about their financial conditions (77.63 vs 74.71 in October), the domestic economic outlook (81.77 vs 78.35), durable goods purchases (97.00 vs 92.37), and employment opportunities (71.65 vs 69.58).
Meanwhile, views on the price outlook were largely unchanged (32.79 vs 32.22).
However, assessment toward stock investments weakened notably (27.02 vs 36.52), reflecting lingering uncertainty in financial markets.
