Sweden Producer Prices Rise for 2nd Month

Producer prices in Sweden rose 0.4% year-on-year in October 2025, marking an increase for the second consecutive month, though at a slightly softer pace compared with September’s 0.5% gain.
Price growth moderated for energy-related products, easing to 15.2% from 16.4% in the previous month.
Meanwhile, costs for consumer goods declined at a sharper pace, falling 0.7% compared with a 0.1% drop in September, while those for capital goods fell 1.1%, slightly more than the 1% decrease recorded previously.
Excluding energy-related products, producer prices decreased 1.6% annually, remaining unchanged from the previous month.
On a monthly basis, producer prices grew 0.4%, rebounding from a 0.7% decline in September.
