Finnish Economic Growth Expands in May

Finland’s gross domestic product expanded by 2.8% year-on-year in May 2026, accelerating from an upwardly revised 2.4% growth in the previous month.

This marked the fourth consecutive month of growth in the Finnish economy.

On a seasonally adjusted monthly basis, the economy grew by 0.8% in May from a downwardly revised 0.3% decrease in the preceding period.
