Finnish Economic Growth Slows in April

Finland’s gross domestic product expanded by 0.9% year-on-year in April 2026, following an upwardly revised 2.5% growth in the previous month.
This marked the fifth consecutive month of growth in the Finnish economy, albeit at a softer pace.
On a seasonally adjusted monthly basis, the economy contracted by 0.6% in April from an upwardly revised 0.7% increase in the preceding period.
