Chile Industrial Output Falls the Most in 10 Months

Chile’s industrial production fell 1.9% year-on-year in December 2025, following a 0.9% decline in November.
It was the largest drop in industrial output since February, driven by a 4.8% fall in mining production, including a 9.3% decline in copper output.
In contrast, manufacturing output rose slightly by 0.1%, supported by a 3.3% increase in food products, while utilities production increased 1.6%.
