The annual producer inflation rate in Turkey eased to 27.83% in July 2026 from 28.09% in the previous month.
It was the softest rise since February, driven by smaller price increases for mining and quarrying (41.81% vs 53.50% in June), manufacturing (28.96% vs 29.65%), and water supply (28.85% vs 29.26%).
On the other hand, producer inflation picked up for electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning (11.69% vs 4.12%).
By industrial groupings, price growth moderated for intermediate goods (26.79% vs 27.89%), durable goods (26.57%), and capital goods (21.28% vs 23.01%).
In contrast, costs accelerated for non-durable goods (32.46% vs 31.42%) and energy (26.62% vs 24.93%).
On a monthly basis, producer prices rose by 1.52% in July, the lowest in seven months and slowing from a 1.8% gain in the preceding period.
