Finnish Economic Growth Slows in January

Finland’s gross domestic product inched up 0.2% year-on-year in January 2026, moderating from an upwardly revised growth of 1.5% recorded in the previous month, marking the second consecutive month of growth, albeit at a slower pace.
On a seasonally adjusted monthly basis, the economy expanded 1.1% in January, rebounding from a downwardly revised 0.4% contraction in the preceding period.
