The consumer confidence indicator in the Czech Republic fell to 111.1 in December 2025 from 111.7 in the previous month.
The share of consumers expecting a deterioration in the overall economic situation over the next twelve months prevailed, while the proportion of households anticipating an improvement in their financial situation remained largely unchanged month-on-month.
Similarly, the share of respondents who assess their current financial situation as worse than in the previous twelve months stayed the same as in November.
Meanwhile, the number of respondents who do not plan to make large purchases over the next twelve months decreased slightly for the second consecutive month.
